1.How to separate magnets easily and safely:
When the magnets leaves the factory, generally several pieces are packed together as a group, in the groove type. Because of the attraction between them, it is difficult for operators to separate them during the production process. And in the separation process, it is easy to crush the operator’s hands and break the magnets. Therefore, it is necessary to design special magnetic steel separation tooling, as shown in the figure below. The separation tooling box body is made of 3240 epoxy cloth board, which is made of non-magnetic material. The magnets outlet groove is set at the lower end of the front part of the box body, and the push plate installation groove is set at the lower end of the box body. The box body is hollow and convenient for the installation of magnetic steel. The manual valve controls the movement direction of the φ 32 double shaft cylinder and pushes the magnets push plate to separate the one magnet from the other at the lower part of the box body. The magnets can be easily separated by pushing the magnets onto the adsorption block with weak magnetic conductivity. The use of the tools greatly reduces the labor intensity of operators, improves the safety factor, and improves the separation efficiency.
2.Assembly operation of magnetic steel
After the magnetic steel is inserted into the rotor groove, it is difficult to clean up the adsorbed iron scraps when machining the outer surface of the rotor. Therefore, the outer circle of the rotor should be processed in place before inserting the magnetic steel.
